Farm Takeover

Exclusive use of Bonington Farm - all four stays, and private access to the Film House.

With Freya’s Farmhouse, Molly’s Cabin, The Grain Store, Pamella’s Place and the Film Store all included, the site becomes your own for the duration of your stay. Guests can spread out across the spaces, come together when it suits, and retreat again without feeling on top of one another.

The Film House is included as part of a takeover booking, available for private use throughout your stay. Wrapped in mustard curtains and set within a converted grain store, it offers a quiet, immersive space to watch whatever you like, on your own schedule.

A Farm Takeover works well for celebrations, long weekends with friends, extended family stays, or creative retreats where privacy matters. There’s room for shared meals, slow mornings, late nights and everything in between, without other guests on site.
