A Farm Takeover means the whole site is yours - all four stays, the Film House, both hot tubs, the sauna, and the grounds with no other guests present for the duration.

Freya's Farmhouse and Pamella's Place each sleep eight. Molly's Cabin and The Grain Store sleep two each. The total capacity is 20 guests across 11 bedrooms.

The Film House - a private cinema in a converted grain store is included as standard for all Farm Takeover bookings, available throughout your stay. Snacks are provided.

Outdoor spaces include the Freya's kitchen garden with wood-fired hot tub, the Pamella's private terrace with its own hot tub, the Nordic sauna, two Gozney pizza ovens, and enough seating for everyone to eat outside at the same time.

We can also connect you with private chefs, massage therapists, wine tasters, florists, and workshop facilitators if you'd like the stay to include something more structured. Get in touch and we'll help you build it.
