Pamella's is the farm's most social space - open plan, full of layered texture, and designed for the kind of group that would rather talk around a table than watch a screen. There's no television. The Sonos system covers the whole space. The hot tub overlooks a private field.

The kitchen is the room Pamella's is built around. Handmade cabinetry, Moroccan zellige tiles in terracotta and green, an antique sink, and enough room for several people to be in it at the same time without getting in each other's way.
The open living and dining space sits adjacent with reupholstered sofas, antique lighting, handmade rugs, and a window that frames a long view of the countryside. The Sonos runs throughout.
The four bedrooms are calm and simply furnished, each with a proper double bed and acoustic-lined curtains that work hard enough that you won't know what time it is until you're ready to. One bathroom with a walk-in rainfall shower a walnut vanity - shared between four rooms. Worth knowing before you book.
The private outdoor space is set up for long meals and later evenings. A Gozney pizza oven and BBQ sit beside a well-designed patio. The wood-fired hot tub overlooks open fields, with enough privacy that it doesn't matter.
Pamella's is for groups who prefer conversation to entertainment - people who want to be in the same space, eating something good, not looking at different screens.

Pamella's has four bedrooms sharing one bathroom. It is roomy enough.
The farm sits beneath the East Midlands Airport flightpath. You may hear the occasional aircraft overhead - most guests stop noticing it quickly.
For commercial photography, videography or brand shoots, a media rate applies. Please mention it before booking.
Events and parties are welcome with prior conversation. Rates apply
Pets are welcome. £35 per stay, up to two well-behaved dogs.
